Really I give NO STARS. The EMPLOYEES are telling customers we have to pay full balance like they being forced now to force us to pay the full balance
I'm told to put a ridiculous amount that I do not have because a check was sent back last month but I paid the amount due, the supervisor Karen told me I can't pay partial to continue and me and my attorney are opening a case because this is illegal then the lady who wants to keep proving their case as to going deeper to when I had a few bounced checks and then I called and paid over phone so now she goes to say if I dont pay the $700 remaining balance I wont have power!!! Like really ???
And Im so glad Im bout a convert to solar and because so many people have these issue where they pick and choose to help people.
When the time is right I plan on helping those start their own electricity therefore people wont have to worry about this big scamming corporation .. I will also be posting on all my platforms so people are aware of what the employees are saying now
Preferred solution: They need to work with people who. Not on government assistance, instead of trying to rob us but give al these other ppl doing nothing electricity for free.
